Booking, Payments & Refund Policy
All studio bookings must be made in advance and are only confirmed once an official confirmation email is received from Cloud Studio MCR. The individual making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all attendees adhere to the studio’s terms and conditions. Any discrepancies in the booking confirmation should be reported immediately. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable booking fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable but may be eligible for a credit note at the discretion of Cloud Studio MCR. If the studio cancels a session, a full refund will be issued with no additional compensation. Late arrivals will not be granted extra time, and no refunds will be given for lost time. If a booking exceeds the scheduled time by more than 30 minutes, the deposit will be forfeited, and any session that overruns by 60 minutes or more will incur additional charges. All setup, packing, and loading must be completed within the booked time. If a client requests a refund after using the studio, they may be prohibited from using, publishing, or sharing any content captured during their session. Breach of this policy may result in legal action.
