Cloud Studio MCR - Terms & Conditions


1. General Studio Rules

1.1 All clients must handle the studio, equipment, furniture, props, and walls with care. Any damages incurred during your booking may result in charges for repair or replacement. 1.2 Furniture and props must be lifted, not dragged, to prevent floor and furniture damage. 1.3 Any furniture or props that are moved must be returned to their original position before the end of the booking. 1.4 The studio must be left in the same clean and organized condition as it was found. A £50 cleaning fee will apply for failure to comply. 1.5 Shoe covers provided at the entrance must be worn by anyone not actively participating in the shoot. 1.6 Hot food and beverages are not permitted on any of the content sets to prevent damage and spills. 1.7 Clients must ensure that makeup, self-tanning products, or any other substances do not transfer onto furniture and props. 1.8 All rubbish must be disposed of in the designated bins, and personal belongings should not be left behind. 1.9 Any damage must be reported immediately. Cloud Studio MCR reserves the right to charge additional fees for substantial damages, stains, or any misuse of the studio. 1.10 CLOUD STUDIO MCR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR DAMAGES IF DEEMED NECESSARY. 1.11 If additional time is needed for a session, clients must contact us via email or Instagram to check availability. Overtime is subject to availability and will be charged at the standard rate, payable the same day via cash or bank transfer.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

2.1 All bookings must be made in advance and will only be confirmed upon receipt of an official confirmation email from Cloud Studio MCR. 2.2 The individual who books the studio is responsible for ensuring that all attendees comply with these terms and conditions. 2.3 Any errors or discrepancies in booking confirmations must be reported immediately. 2.4 Cloud Studio MCR reserves the right to amend studio policies, layouts, or requirements as necessary to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. No booking is considered confirmed until payment has been received. 3.2 Bookings may be canceled up to 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund, excluding any booking fees. 3.3 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be refunded but may be eligible for a credit note at Cloud Studio MCR’s discretion. 3.4 If Cloud Studio MCR cancels a booking, a full refund will be issued, but no additional compensation will be provided. 3.5 Late arrivals will not be granted extra time beyond the scheduled booking period, and no refunds will be provided for lost time. 3.6 If a booking exceeds the scheduled time by more than 30 minutes, the deposit will be forfeited. Any session exceeding the time limit by 60 minutes or more will incur additional charges. 3.7 All setup, loading, and packing must be completed within the scheduled booking time. 3.8 If a client requests a refund after using the studio, Cloud Studio MCR reserves the right to prohibit them from using, publishing, or sharing any images or videos taken during their session. Failure to comply may result in legal action.

4. Studio Use & Conduct

4.1 The person booking the studio is responsible for the behavior and actions of all guests and attendees. 4.2 Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the studio. 4.3 Alcohol is only permitted with prior written approval from Cloud Studio MCR. 4.4 The use of fire, smoke machines, or any special effects must be pre-approved by Cloud Studio MCR management. 4.5 Noise levels must be maintained at a reasonable level to avoid disturbances to neighboring businesses and residents. 4.6 Any damages caused due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow studio policies will be charged to the responsible party.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

5.1 Cloud Studio MCR is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a studio session. 5.2 The studio is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the space. The person who booked the session assumes full responsibility for the safety of all attendees. 5.3 Parking is available at the client’s risk. Cloud Studio MCR holds no liability for any issues related to vehicles parked nearby. 5.4 Cloud Studio MCR’s liability is limited solely to the refund of payments made for a booking where applicable.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. 6.2 These terms do not grant any rights to third parties. 6.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law.

7. Credit Notes

7.1 Credit notes issued by Cloud Studio MCR are valid for 60 days from the date of issue. 7.2 Lost, stolen, or damaged credit notes cannot be replaced. 7.3 Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services. 7.4 Credit notes apply to a specific number of studio hours and cannot be split or partially redeemed. 7.5 The resale of credit notes without Cloud Studio MCR’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised resale may result in the voiding of the credit note.

Please Note on Sundays we have a church next door we advise anyone booking for recording podcast or talking videos not to book on this day. 

By proceeding with a booking at Cloud Studio MCR, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of future bookings.
